This page covers two sites run by the Social Network Health project: this website, socialnetwork.health, and the team dashboard at dashboard.socialnetwork.health.
This website
- No cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Nothing on the page loads from another site.
- Our server keeps no log of visits.
- Links to GitHub, YouTube, Google Drive and other services take you to sites with their own privacy policies.
The team dashboard
The dashboard is for the project team. You sign in to it with your Google account.
- What Google sends us. Your email address and an ID number for your Google account. We don't ask for your name, photo, contacts, files or anything else in your account.
- What we use it for. Only to check that you're on the team: you have a socialnetwork.health address, or we've added your address to the dashboard's list.
- What we keep. Your browser keeps an encrypted sign-in cookie for up to seven days, so you don't have to sign in on every visit. Our server records each sign-in, and each refused one, with the email address, IP address and time. It deletes those records after 30 days. We use them only to keep the dashboard secure.
- Who can see it. The records stay on our server, which DigitalOcean hosts. Only the people who run the server can read them. We don't sell or share them, and we don't use them for advertising or to train AI.
- Your Google account itself is covered by Google's privacy policy.
Questions
Email rich@socialnetwork.health, including if you'd like your sign-in records deleted before the 30 days are up.
Changes
When this policy changes, we update this page and its date. Its full history is public on GitHub.
